Abstract

The general principles of modeling and application of cybernetic systems are considered in the article. An overall description of the automated monitoring and control systems of various complex objects is given. Uncertainty of the object of control was estimated. An overall assessment of the effectiveness of  automated monitoring and control systems based on a comparison of the potential and real systems was conducted there.
