https://herald.kibit.edu.ua/index.php/visnyk/article/view/1847

Teaching is not only a cognitive or technical activity but a deeply emotional profession in which educators constantly interpret and respond to complex interpersonal and affective dynamics. Emotional intelligence plays a central role in effective teaching, influencing classroom climate, teacher well-being and students’ learning experiences. However, the developmental foundations that shape individual differences in teachers’ emotional competence are often insufficiently addressed in educational research. This article explores how attachment theory provides a conceptual framework for understanding the origins of emotional awareness, emotion regulation and relational responsiveness in future educators. Drawing on theoretical and empirical research on attachment and socio-emotional development, the study analyses how different attachment patterns formed in early caregiver relationships influence emotional perception, coping strategies and interpersonal engagement in professional contexts. The findings indicate that secure attachment is associated with greater emotional awareness, flexible regulation of emotions and empathic interaction, while insecure attachment patterns are linked to either emotional suppression, heightened emotional reactivity or inconsistent emotional responses. The article argues that teacher education programmes should consider these developmental mechanisms when cultivating emotional intelligence. Reflective practices, emotionally supportive mentoring and relationally responsive learning environments are highlighted as key conditions that can strengthen emotional competence and resilience among future teachers.
D. https://herald.kibit.edu.ua/index.php/visnyk/article/view/1849

The article explores the development of students’ thinking culture within the context of a digital educational environment in professional pre-higher and higher education. The study provides a theoretical interpretation of the concepts of the digital educational environment and students’ thinking culture and clarifies their structural characteristics. The digital educational environment is viewed as a complex educational system that integrates electronic learning resources, distance learning courses, digital technologies, professional communities, individualized learning, blended learning, and active teaching methods. Students’ thinking culture is conceptualized as a multidimensional structure that includes motivational, cognitive, and social domains, each comprising meaningful, operational, and personal-value components. The study presents the results of a psychodiagnostic assessment of the level of development of students’ thinking culture under conditions of digital learning. The findings demonstrate positive changes primarily in the motivational and cognitive domains, including increased achievement motivation, development of creative thinking, personal and intellectual reflection, and improved abilities for self-regulation and self-management. At the same time, communicative competencies, particularly public speaking skills, showed no significant improvement, which indicates certain limitations of learning exclusively within digital educational environments. The results highlight the potential of digital educational environments for fostering intellectual and personal development while emphasizing the importance of improving pedagogical strategies that support the development of students’ communicative and social competencies.
S. https://herald.kibit.edu.ua/index.php/visnyk/article/view/1850

The article examines the phenomenon known as the Mobius effect in the context of the transformation of the Ukrainian securities market during a period of full-scale war and deep economic disruption. The concept of the Mobius effect is associated with the assumption that the most significant investment opportunities arise during periods of maximum uncertainty and pessimism in financial markets. The Ukrainian securities market under current conditions represents a unique case of an economic system operating under simultaneous military, political and financial shocks. The purpose of the study is to identify the specific manifestations of this phenomenon within the national financial environment and to analyse structural changes taking place in the capital market. The research is based on comparative analysis, generalisation of statistical data related to government debt instruments and theoretical approaches of behavioural economics. Particular attention is given to the transformation of investor profiles and to the role of digital financial services in maintaining market functionality. The results indicate that the Ukrainian securities market has undergone a substantial transformation during the wartime period. While the corporate segment demonstrates limited activity, the segment of government debt instruments shows a significant increase in participation by private investors. The emergence of this new market model reflects the interaction of economic incentives, social solidarity and the expanding role of digital financial platforms. The findings suggest that the Ukrainian experience may be interpreted as an example of capital market adaptation under systemic crisis conditions and may serve as a foundation for the future recovery of the financial sector in the post-war period.
Y. https://herald.kibit.edu.ua/index.php/visnyk/article/view/1852

The article presents the results of a theoretical and empirical study of the peculiarities of memory development in senior preschool children with developmental delay. Modern scientific approaches to the study of the mnemonic component of the cognitive sphere in preschool children are analyzed, and the specific difficulties in the formation of memory in children with developmental delay are identified. Among the most significant features are a reduced volume of memorization, a slower rate of information acquisition, insufficient development of voluntary mnemonic processes, and a tendency toward rapid forgetting. Within the framework of the research, the author developed criteria and levels for assessing the development of the mnemonic component of the cognitive sphere in preschool children with developmental delay. Based on these criteria, children in the control and experimental groups were differentiated into three levels of memory development: high, medium, and low. This made it possible to determine the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of both the overall level of memory development and its individual types. Based on the results obtained, a program of psychological and pedagogical support for the development of memory in senior preschool children with developmental delay titled “I and the World Around Me” was developed and implemented. The program is based on the use of mnemonic techniques, including figurative, logical, and symbolic methods of memorization that contribute to the development of voluntary memory, improve the efficiency of information acquisition, and stimulate children's cognitive activity. The results of the formative experiment demonstrated an increase in memory productivity, improvement of quantitative and qualitative indicators of memory development, strengthening of voluntary mnemonic processes, and the formation of more effective strategies for storing and reproducing information. The findings confirm the effectiveness of mnemonic techniques as an important tool for the development of memory and psychological and pedagogical support for preschool children with developmental delay.
L. https://herald.kibit.edu.ua/index.php/visnyk/article/view/1853

The article examines the psychological typology of archetypes in the formation of agroholding brands as a tool for building emotional connections with consumers and achieving differentiation in competitive markets. The relevance of applying archetypal models in contemporary brand management of agricultural companies is substantiated in the context of increasing global competition, digital transformation of communication, and changes in stakeholder interaction. The study analyzes approaches to the use of archetypes in shaping a brand’s internal identity and public image, as well as their role in the development of corporate culture, marketing communications, and strategic brand management. It is established that the implementation of archetypal models in the brand management practices of Ukrainian agricultural companies remains fragmented and insufficiently adapted to regional cultural contexts, which creates risks of brand inauthenticity and loss of stakeholder trust. The findings demonstrate that effective application of archetypes requires an integrated approach combining psychological, marketing, and managerial perspectives. Particular attention is given to the development of hybrid archetypal models, the use of open communication platforms, and the integration of neuromarketing tools into brand strategies. Directions for improving archetypal branding practices in the agricultural sector are proposed through the development of national archetypal frameworks, professional training initiatives, and the adaptation of international brand management approaches to the cultural and regional characteristics of Ukraine.
A.
The article examines the spiritual potential of women as a psychological resource for tolerance to uncertainty in the context of war. The relevance of the study is determined by the growing role of women in social, public, and professional life during large-scale societal transformations accompanied by a high level of uncertainty and emotional stress. Spiritual potential is considered as an important internal resource of personality associated with the formation of life meanings, moral orientations, responsible attitudes toward oneself, and the ability for psychological self-regulation. The study analyzes the relationship between the level of spiritual potential and manifestations of intolerance to uncertainty that reflect individual differences in responding to unpredictable and unstable life situations. The findings indicate a relationship between the development of spiritual potential and women’s ability to respond constructively to uncertainty and psychological challenges during wartime.
