Publication of articles in the journal is subject to the payment of an Article Processing Charge (APC).

Peer review of submitted manuscripts is free of charge and is conducted independently of any financial obligations of the authors. Decisions regarding acceptance or rejection of a manuscript are based solely on the scientific quality of the submission and the results of independent peer review and are not influenced by payment.

The APC covers costs associated with editorial and publishing processes, including:

• scientific and language editing,
• technical preparation and layout of manuscripts,
• assignment of DOI,
• maintenance and administration of the journal’s website.

Payment is required only after the editorial board has made a final decision to accept the article for publication and the author has been notified accordingly.

The APC is fixed and amounts to 1100 UAH per article. The fee is established at the time of submission and does not change after the editorial process has begun.

Payment details are provided to the author after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.

No fees are charged if the manuscript is rejected.

Additional Services

Upon request, the journal may provide additional services, including English language translation. The cost of such services depends on the length and complexity of the manuscript and does not influence the editorial decision.

Waiver Policy

The journal may grant fee waivers or discounts on a case-by-case basis.

Full waiver of the APC is granted for manuscripts submitted by PhD candidates (third-cycle higher education students) funded by the state budget, provided that the manuscript is authored solely by the applicant (single-author submission without co-authors).

Decisions regarding waivers or discounts do not affect the peer review process or editorial decisions.
